Free First Sunday for Families

Whether you call it a creek or a river, the Brandywine is beautiful! Visit to the Brandywine Museum of Art for spectacular river views and enjoy free all-day admission, plus join in creative art activities* led by teaching artists from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Assemble a hanging mobile filled with fish who might live in the Brandywine Creek. Use watercolor pencils to sketch birds and budding trees and capture reflections in the water. In the galleries, hunt for paintings by area artists that feature the local landscape.
