We Heart our Members: Valentine’s Day Dinner
Treat your honey to a Valentine’s Dinner to remember! Let us take care of the planning—this is an evening for you and your Valentine to relax and enjoy being together. Arrive at 6:30 p.m. for our very special “Bubbly Hour” filled with chocolate covered fruits and sweet sparkling wines. Just before dinner, take a docent-led tour through the galleries, or explore at your leisure. Then, at 7:30 sit down to a four-course dinner presented by Chef MacGregor Mann, overlooking the Brandywine River.
Each course will be served with a paired wine selected to complement the menu offerings.
Baked Pennsylvania Camembert
Quince marmalade, shaved hazelnut on crostini
Apple, sunchoke chips, candied black walnut
Butter poached Lobster tail
Roasted garlic flan, lemon verbena butter, puffed ancient grains
Wagyu culotte, mushroom duxelles, foie gras butter, rosemary beef jus
Blood Orange Cheesecake
Winter citrus gelee, rosemary cookie crumble
