Join the Brandywine Conservancy for a virtual culinary experience that includes a flavorful wine from Galer Estate Vineyard & Winery, savory cheeses from the Collective Creamery, and sweet honeys from Two Gander Farms—all while connecting with local foodies and learning about the clean water and open space resources that make Chester County such a delicious place to live.

Your tasting journey will be led by:

May Tasting Duo – Spring is in the Air Palate

Tasting Kit includes one large bottle of wine, two full-sized cheeses and two 4 oz. jars of honey.

The Wine: 
2020 Rosé
Made with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes. Light and bright flavor, and sure to be a crowd pleaser.

The Cheese:
Honey Bell from Valley Milkhouse, Oley, PA
Cloudlike lactic bloom, rolled in chamomile flowers. Rich and milky flavor. Made with pasteurized cow's milk.

Birchrun Blue from Birchrun Hills Farm, Birchrunville, PA
Delicate, fudgy French-style blue. Rich and peppery flavor. Made with raw cow's milk.

The Honey: 
Spring Wildflower Honey
Naturally raw. Light, mild and floral. Smooth, spreadable consistency.

Fall Wild Flower Honey
Viscous, dark and smoky honey. Dark in color and rich in flavor. Perfect for drizzling over top of bread and cheese.

$75 members; $85 non-members


During registration, you will be asked to select a location at which to pick up your Tasting Kit. A date range for when Tasting Kit(s) will be available to be picked up at your selected location, as well as the Zoom link for this virtual event, will be communicated to you in a separate email.
