Enjoy an exclusive, five-course dinner at the Brandywine’s Millstone Café featuring Executive Chef Liz Sempervive.

First Course: 
Oysters Rockefeller, paired with Mionetto Prosecco Brut

Second Course: 
Cheese Platter of Three Cheeses, paired with Pinnacle Ridge Dry Reisling

Third Course: 
Roasted Beet Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette, paired with Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc

Palate Cleanser of Stone Fruit Sorbet

Fourth Course: 
Steak au Poivre over Braised Leeks, Whipped Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts, paired with Domaine de Ferrand Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Fifth Course: 
Apple Crostata with Whipped Cream, paired with choice of Romana Sambuca Liqueur, Coffee or Tea

COVID-19 Safety Precautions:
Limited capacity is available for this in-person event. To ensure that your party is seated together, we recommend purchasing tickets for your group together in one transaction. Tables will be spaced apart for proper social distancing and you will only be seated with those from your reservation. Face masks that cover the nose and mouth must be worn at all times while inside the Museum, with the exception of being seated at your table for dinner. Employees will also be required to wear face masks, in addition to gloves while serving food. 

Liz Sempervive
Liz Sempervive is the Executive Chef of the Millstone Café and Catering at the Brandywine River Museum of Art. She hopes to bring nourishment to everyone through her scratch cooking, classic dishes and rustic cuisine. Chef Liz is passionate about food accessibility and supporting our local food systems. She believes that collective healing begins with sharing a meal between friends. Her accomplishments include being awarded "Best New Chef, 2019" in Main Line Today magazine and participating as a contestant on Food Network’s Chopped
