Members' Bus Trip to the Museum of the American Revolution

Join us for a uniquely personal bus trip to Philadelphia that includes a special presentation at Birmingham Hill by the Associate Director of the Brandywine Conservancy, David Shields. Enjoy a guided tour of the special exhibition, Cost of Revolution: The Life and Death of an Irish Soldier at the Museum of the American Revolution. End the day dining with fellow patriots at City Tavern.

Itinerary:

1:00 pm: Bus departs from the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art

1:30 pm: Presentation of the Battle of the Brandywine from David Shields at Birmingham Hill

2:00 pm: Depart for the Museum of the American Revolution

2:40 pm: Arrival at the Museum of the American Revolution

2:40 – 4:30 pm: Self-guided tour through the Museum, option to view Washington’s War Tent at (3 or 4 p.m.)

4:30 – 5:30 pm: Guided Tour of Cost of Revolution
