Grants Manager

Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer, the Grants Manager implements and manages Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art’s corporate, foundation, and government grants program across all departments, including Museum exhibitions, Conservancy initiatives, educational programs, annual operations, capital projects, and other institutional priorities. The Grants Manager is responsible for securing contributed revenue from federal, state, and local government sources, as well as corporate, private, community, and family foundations, in support of the institutional grants strategy established by the Chief Development Officer.

Café/Catering Server

The Café/Catering Server provides excellent customer service to guests at the Millstone Café and to work as a team with the Executive Chef and other staff members.

Horticulturist I (full time – non-exempt)

This entry-level position is responsible for the care of the wildflower & native plant gardens and its associated seed and propagation program at the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art’s Chadds Ford campus. This position offers opportunities to develop expertise in native plant communities, ecological horticulture, and landscape management while gaining experience in native plant ID, seed collection best practices, plant propagation and volunteer coordination.

Visitor Services and Shop Sales Associate

To ensure a positive and memorable experience for museum guests, the Visitor Services and Shop Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service in assisting visitors with admissions, ticket selling and retail sales.

Full Time Sous Chef for Millstone Café & Catering

To share responsibility of ensuring the timely production of quality cuisine as demanded, and the overall management of the kitchen including the Millstone Café daily operations, as well as all internal and external catered events with guidance of the Executive Chef. To produce high quality food and service by utilizing and helping to develop the talents of the junior part-time kitchen staff.

Part-Time Security Associate (Flexible Hours)

The Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art is seeking a reliable, personable individual for a part-time security position in a calm, professional museum setting. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, limited hours—such as someone seeking supplemental income.

Part Time Security Officer Third Shift

Security officers are responsible for performing routine security procedures and other duties at the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art. They also provide emergency services when required and consider public safety matters.

Part-Time Line Cook

To assist in the timely production of high-quality food and service in the Millstone Café during the seasonal period, and to support internal and external catered events under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
