T'ai Chi Chih is a mindful, moving meditation and a wonderful way to center and balance oneself. April Leffler will lead attendees in the Museum courtyard for 19 slow moving, meditative movements. No special clothing or equipment is required.

Nature Sketch & Stroll

Nature and art enthusiasts, this stroll’s for you. Join award winning artist and instructor Randy Graham and botanical expert, Janet Ebert for a morning walk to experience Brandywine’s campus and/or meadows and native plantings. Randy will provide an introduction with teaching tips to effectively capture details of the natural surroundings through sketching, while Janet’s native botanical expertise will fuel your curiosity to learn more about the local ecology. The walk will be interspersed with stops to give participants the opportunity to engage in independent sketching.

Yoga on the Brandywine

Join us at the Museum for an inclusive and beginner-friendly yoga class designed for practitioners of all levels to explore the transformative benefits of yoga in just one hour. The class will be held indoors in the Museum's Waterview Room, which features floor-to-ceiling window views of the Brandywine Creek.

Plein Air Workshop with Randall Graham at Andrew Wyeth Studio

Painters of all skill levels are invited to join artist Randall Graham for a day of plein air painting on the grounds of the iconic Andrew Wyeth Studio, a National Historic Landmark. The workshop will include a lecture and demonstration, a tour of the historic property, and the opportunity to paint the scenic landscape. Artists may work in the medium of their choice (oil, watercolor, or acrylic).
