Join us for an engaging presentation by author and Director Emeritus of the Brooklyn Museum Arnold Lehman on his latest publication, “America’s Hidden Treasures: In 101 Museums of Art, Innovation, & Americana,” followed by a book signing.

“America's Hidden Treasures” offers a richly illustrated journey through the cultural fabric of the United States, spotlighting 101 less acclaimed museums and collections across the country. Each featured museum is chosen for its individuality, curatorial excellence, or remarkable holdings, and Brandywine Museum of Art is honored to be included. One of our most well-known pieces, “Nation Makers” by Howard Pyle, is featured on the cover of the volume. Lehman will share more about his selection and research process for the book, along with highlights of works from select institutions.
