Chef’s Table Dinner
Enjoy an exclusive three-course dinner prepared by Brandywine's own Executive Chef, Justin Rumsey.
Museum galleries will be open from 5:30 p.m.-6:15 p.m. with a curator-led tour of Joseph Stella: Visionary Nature given by Audrey Lewis, Associate Curator at Brandywine Museum of Art. Dinner will follow at 6:30 p.m. in the Millstone Café.
First Course: Chicken Confit Meatballs, Potato Gnocchi, Shaved Asparagus, White Wine and Garlic.
Entree: Pan-roasted Duck Breast, Stuffed Squash Blossoms, Watercress, Rosemary Potato Tart
Dessert: Lemon Pudding Cake, Fresh Strawberries
Wine service with dinner.
