Enjoy an exclusive five-course dinner prepared by Brandywine's own Executive Chef, Justin Rumsey. Prior to dinner, enjoy exclusive access to the Brandywine Museum of Art's galleries from 6–6:30 p.m., including the new special exhibition, Jamie Wyeth: Unsettled.

Chef's Dinner Menu

Appetizer: Wild Mushroom Tart, Potato Cream, Caramelized Fennel
Soup: Local Asparagus Soup, Prawn, Crispy Celery Root Crouton
Salad: Warm Squab Salad, Frisee, Preserved Ginger, Bacon Vinaigrette
Entree: Peppered Lamb, Rooted Vegetable Ragout, Potato Gnocchi, Mustard Thyme Reductions
Dessert: Blackberry Flaugnarde, Lemon Whipped Cream
