Creative Escape: Making Macramé

Creative Escape: Making Macramé

Designed for adults who want to awaken their inner artist, join us for a hands-on macramé workshop with fiber artist Laurie Baum. This program will show you some of the different knots utilized to make macramé plant hangers, and you can get started on your own masterpiece to take home. All art materials and some light snacks will be provided. BYOB is encouraged.

The museum will open at 5:30, with the workshop beginning at 6:00 pm.

Over the past five years she has honed her macramé craft and various knot techniques, and shared her work through social media, custom orders, art shows, and hosting workshops.
