Still-Life Workshop with Randall Graham
Artists of all skill levels are invited to join Randall Graham for an afternoon exploring the composition of still-life through both a traditional and a contemporary lens.
This workshop will include a tour and discussion of the exhibit Abundance/Excess: A Contemporary Eye on Still-Life, followed by getting to paint or draw a still-life display with one-on-one support from the teaching artist. Participants are responsible for providing all their own materials but may work in the medium of their choice (oil, watercolor, acrylic, gouache, pastel, pen, or pencil).
Randall Graham is a local award-winning artist and instructor, known for his personal style of plein air painting. He has had numerous solo shows and exhibited at Winterthur Museum, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts Museum, Ballinglen Museum of Art and The Pennsylvania State Museum. He teaches classes at Graham Painting Studio in West Chester.
