Join us at the Museum for an inclusive and beginner-friendly yoga class designed for practitioners of all levels to explore the transformative benefits of yoga in just one hour. The class will be held indoors in the Museum's Waterview Room, which features floor-to-ceiling window views of the Brandywine Creek.

During the session, you will be guided through a series of gentle yoga postures, mindful breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and inner peace. With a focus on proper alignment and breath awareness, you'll learn to move with grace and ease, cultivating a deeper connection to your body and breath. Whether you're seeking to release tension, improve flexibility, or simply find moments of serenity in your day, this practice offers something for everyone.

Led by Sara Impriano, Owner of Sweet Serenity Yoga, this class offers a welcoming space where beginners can feel supported and encouraged to explore the foundations of yoga, while seasoned practitioners can deepen their practice. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate diverse abilities and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and empowered on their yoga journey.

All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats as they will not be provided. Following the yoga class, participants are welcome to enjoy the Brandywine Museum of Art's galleries and special exhibitions.

This event will also be held on May 11, June 8, August 10, September 14, and October 12.
