T'ai Chi Chih at the Brandywine

T'ai Chi Chih is a mindful, moving meditation. April Leffler will lead attendees in 19 slow moving, meditative movements. T'ai Chi Chih is a wonderful way to center and balance oneself. No special clothing or equipment is required. Classes will be held in the Waterview Room on the 2nd Floor of the Brandywine Museum of Art.
