Learning Life Skills Together: Walking & Looking Along the Brandywine

Join Pennsylvania's Learning Life Skills Together group as we practice mindfulness exercises along the beautiful Brandywine Creek! Learning to pay attention to what's around you and how it feels inside you is so important for our mental and emotional wellness. Here's a fun way to practice together and it's free!
- Take a guided walk along the Brandywine's River Trail at 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. (The River Trail is unpaved so wear good walking shoes!)
- Try out simple check-ins to know what you're seeing, hearing, and smelling—and how it has made you feel.
- Let your curiosity loose and learn about the plants, birds, and other local creatures.
- Capture your walk by making art—drawing, painting, writing, and more.
- Finish with a free tour (self-guided) of the Museum!
- Children are welcome!
