Director of Education and Engagement

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Brandywine’s education and programs team. Advances excellence in art education, conservation education, and the intersection between the two. Leads the creation of innovative educational activities for youth and adults in a variety of formats, with a focus on museum education, conservation education, and art and nature programming. Supervises education staff and trains Museum docents and interpreters for the Museum’s historic properties, including the Andrew Wyeth Studio, N.C. Wyeth House and Studio, and Kuerner Farm.

Assistant Easement Manager

Responsible for the administration, monitoring and enforcement of Conservancy easements and for communications with owners of eased properties. Promotes the use of proper land management techniques and good stewardship to improve water quality and ecological restoration on eased lands. Supervises Easement Stewards and interns.

The MAP Planner 1 assists the associate and lead staff of the Municipal Assistance Program (MAP) supporting the preparation of comprehensive plans, regulatory ordinances, and special projects for townships, boroughs, and counties; reviews development plans on behalf of municipalities; performs GIS tasks; and conducts field work and other research.
