Manager for Municipal Assistance

Manages the municipal planning efforts of the Brandywine Conservancy’s Municipal Assistance Program (MAP) and the Brandywine Creek Greenway. Represents the Conservancy before municipal officials, staff, other consultants, landowners, developers, and the public. Seeks out the support of the Director of Community Services when needed. Cultivates and secures new planning work as opportunities arise.

Senior Planner/Manager

The Senior Planner/Manager independently cultivates, manages, and executes municipal planning projects including comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances, municipal stormwater management, heritage planning and historic interpretation, and other conservation-focused plans to advance the Conservancy’s mission.

Security Guard: Part Time

Security officers are responsible for performing routine security procedures and other duties at the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art. They also provide emergency services when required and consider public safety matters.
