Mindfulness Walk in Waterloo Mills Preserve

It’s amazing what we can find when we take time to calm and quiet our minds. Inspired by the Japanese practice of “Shinrin-yoku” or “Forest Bathing”, join us on a meditative walk along the trails of the Waterloo Mills Preserve.

This walk will be at a slow pace with a few stops for noticing the environment around us. Sneakers are recommended as we may walk over uneven ground.

In the case of inclement weather, the class will be postponed and rescheduled.
