Virtual Event: The Impact of Invasive Birds

In part two of Penguin Court's “The Winged World Around Us” virtual series, Tammy Colt, Wildlife Diversity Biologist with the Pennsylvania Game Commission’s Southwest Regional Office, will share the impacts of invasive birds such as European starlings and house sparrows on native species, discuss native species’ reactions, and explain why natives can’t compete. She will offer tips on how you can fortify your nesting boxes against invasive birds.
