Creative Escape: Block Printed Tea Towels

Come to the Brandywine River Museum of Art to unwind, mingle and make art! 

Designed for adults who want to awaken their inner artists, this program will include inspiration from the special exhibition, Wayne Thiebaud 100: Paintings, Prints, and Drawings and feature a hands-on printmaking activity. Participants will be guided in creating simple designs to carve into a printing block, which they will use to create a pattern on a pair of tea towels. No experience necessary.  

The museum will open at 5:30 p.m. with the workshop beginning at 6:00 p.m. Cost includes art materials and light refreshments. BYOB!
