Loving the Less Lovable: Rodents and Roaches

To conclude Penguin Court’s Loving the Less Lovable virtual series, Elayne Bruckman, a Pennsylvania Master Naturalist trainee, will share her personal experience with two of the most misunderstood creatures on Earth–roaches and rodents, specifically rats. These animals showcase extraordinary adaptability and resourcefulness and contribute to healthy ecosystems through the breakdown of organic matter. Understand their role in the environment, their behavior and reproduction, their adaptability, and health/safety concerns.
